Kiwow is a household work-order app. The data controller identity will be published before production launch.
We use your data to provide the app, secure your account, and improve the service. We do not share raw task, inventory, or home details with businesses unless you later request a referral feature (not available in this UK MVP).
Optional full address is stored only to support household features you request. It is treated as sensitive location data and is not used for advertising.
Data is processed using Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1, R2). UK personal data may be transferred outside the UK with appropriate safeguards (UK IDTA/addendum). See our vendor register for details.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from in-app Privacy settings, or contact us for other UK GDPR rights.
When enabled, Kiwow may show optional retailer product suggestions for parts and supplies related to a task or household item. Paid links are labelled near the call-to-action. We do not send your full task text, exact address, serial numbers, or full inventory to affiliate networks — only coarse category context (for example "oven spare part").
Affiliate click attribution and referral URLs are optional. They run only if you enable Paid product links (affiliate tracking) in Privacy settings. When off, suggestions may still appear but links open without referral tracking. Retailers you visit apply their own privacy and cookie rules.
