Kiwow is a household work-order app. The data controller is WORLDFOOT LTD (company number 11949551), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 26 Channel Way, Ocean Village, Southampton, England, SO14 3GP. Contact: [email protected].
We use your data to provide the app, secure your account, and improve the service. We do not share raw task, inventory, or home details with businesses unless you later request a referral feature that you choose to use.
Optional full address is stored only to support household features you request. It is treated as sensitive location data and is not used for advertising.
You control the content you enter into Kiwow (tasks, My Things, My Records, notes, photos, and similar). When you invite someone, enable pre-sale preview, or transfer / sell a space, you decide what leaves your space.
You — not Kiwow — are responsible for having the right to share that content (including any personal data about household members or third parties) and for the lawfulness and appropriateness of what the recipient sees. Kiwow provides the tools to invite, preview, and transfer; it does not review or approve the content you choose to share.
When you message Kiwow Support about a specific task, thing, or record, the message screen offers to let Support view that item while they help you. This box is ticked by default; you can untick it before you send.
Data is processed using Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1, R2, and related services). UK personal data may be transferred outside the UK with appropriate safeguards (UK IDTA/addendum).
Optional photo assist may send a photo you choose to the AI provider named on the in-app screen before anything is sent: Google AI (Gemini) and/or OpenAI, depending on environment configuration. We do not list planned backup or other vendors until those jobs actually run.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from in-app Privacy settings, or contact [email protected] for other UK GDPR rights.
When you use Identify from photo or Scan serial, you choose whether to continue after an in-app disclosure. If you continue, the photo you select is sent to a third-party AI provider solely to suggest product or serial details for you to review and accept or dismiss.
When enabled, Kiwow may show optional retailer product suggestions for parts and supplies related to a task or household item. Paid links are labelled near the call-to-action. We do not send your full task text, exact address, serial numbers, or full inventory to affiliate networks — only coarse category context (for example "oven spare part").
Paid product-link (referral) tracking is on by default for new accounts. Retailer links may include referral tracking so WORLDFOOT LTD may earn a commission if you buy. Turning that tracking off will require a paid subscription. That paid plan is not offered yet. Until it is, Privacy settings do not provide a free opt-out. Accepting the Terms of Use does not grant or refuse this tracking. Retailers you visit apply their own privacy and cookie rules.
